Job Title: Part-Time IT Recruiter (Freelance/Commission-Based)

Location: Remote

Compensation: ₹6,000 per successful closure

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced IT recruiter to work part-time/freelance on a per-closure basis. You'll be sourcing and closing candidates for the latest tech stack roles — AI/ML, React, Node.js, full-stack, and similar in-demand skill sets.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Screen candidates for technical fit and communication skills
- Coordinate interviews with clients
- Follow up till offer and closure

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years of IT recruitment experience (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience hiring for tech stacks like AI/ML, React, Node.js, Python, Java, DevOps, etc.




- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter/Naukri ResDex)
- Good communication skills for candidate screening calls
- Self-driven — this is a target/closure-based role, not fixed hours
