- Based on Approved manpower budget sourcing and selecting the talents fulfill staffing within the time period.

- Coordination with Technical panel and understanding their requirements and accordingly drafting a and getting it approved from the concerned person.

- Sourcing candidates through Job portal (Indeed, Naukri and LinkedIn)

- Conducting telephone Personal interviews in coordination with department heads.

- Candidate management including salary negotiations, notice period issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
