Job Title: HR Recruiter – Tele caller Hiring

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment for our collection agency. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Debt Recovery Tele callers / Collection Executives for our Delhi/NCR operations as well as hiring requirements in other states.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Debt Recovery Tele callers / Collection Executives.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee references, recruitment agencies, and local hiring networks.

Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.

Build a pipeline of candidates for bulk hiring requirements.

Coordinate with operations managers to understand manpower requirements.

Conduct reference/background checks wherever required.

Support new-joiner documentation and onboarding.

Develop local recruitment sources for hiring in Delhi/NCR and other states.





Candidate Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment/HR, preferably in BPO, tele calling, collections, sales, or bulk hiring.

Experience hiring tele callers, collection executives, BPO executives, or field/tele-calling staff will be preferred.

Good communication and candidate-handling skills.

Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

Comfortable with bulk recruitment and high-volume calling.

Knowledge of job portals and social-media recruitment.

Ability to coordinate hiring across multiple locations/states.
