Description: Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles & onboarding activity.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and the organization.

Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
