We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments Candidates that can join immediately will be preferred. MBA/PGDM freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are also welcome to attend the walk-in interview.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department managers regarding skills, experience and staffing needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, professional networks and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on communication, experience, stability, salary expectations, notice period and suitability for the role.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with shortlisted and selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback and hiring reports.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.

Candidate Profile

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.




- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good candidate screening, interviewing and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously..
- Strong follow-up and candidate-engagement skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Graduates with relevant recruitment experience may also apply.
- Experience in US Healthcare, BPO or Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
