Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, qualified networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare interview questions and assessment tools to evaluate candidates effectively.
Candidate Assessment:
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. Administer aptitude tests or other assessments, if required.
Reference Checks:
Verify candidate references to ensure their accuracy and suitability for the role.
Offer Negotiation:
Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
