Job Summary

Indigo Catering and Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the organization in recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, documentation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.

Source candidates through job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.

Manage employee joining formalities and HR documentation.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Monitor attendance, leave, and employee records.

Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and grievances.

Assist with payroll inputs, salary-related documentation, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.

Support employee engagement and training activities.

Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.





Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed.

Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR policies, payroll, PF, ESI, and labour laws.

Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.

Candidates with experience in the catering, hospitality, service, or manpower-intensive industry will be preferred.
