Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for sourcing exceptional talent and aligning them with organizational needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media platforms, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.




- Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiations.
- Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, recruitment techniques, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in [IT Sector]).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
