Responsible for end-to-end recruitment across the healthcare, corporate, IT, and technology functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare positions, including clinical, non-clinical, corporate, and support functions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle IT & Tech recruitment for roles such as Software Developers, UI/UX Designers, IT Support, Product Managers, and other technology positions.
- Understand job requirements and prepare relevant job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS/HR systems.
- Manage candidate communication,



follow-ups, offer coordination, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as open positions, sourcing, interviews, selection, offer-to-join ratio, and time-to-hire.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for recurring healthcare and technology requirements.
- Support employer branding, job postings, and recruitment-related initiatives.

Preferred Experience: Experience in healthcare recruitment along with IT/Tech recruitment, with solid sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹15,778.91 - ₹25,231.32 per month
