About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal panels.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles.

2. Screening & Evaluation

- Conduct initial HR screening to assess skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
- Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers with proper justification.

3. Recruitment Operations

- Manage applicant tracking and maintain recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Handle offer negotiation, salary discussions, and releases in coordination with HR Manager.
- Maintain documentation and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

4. Employer Branding & Engagement

- Assist in promoting job openings across relevant platforms.
- Support recruitment campaigns, events, and social hiring initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources preferred.




- 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in EdTech/IT/Corporate roles).
- Strong hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions at once.
- Robust coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
