We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Kakkanad. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Post job openings on various online job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or online screening of candidates.
- Communicate job roles, responsibilities, eligibility, and other relevant details to candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates to confirm interview attendance and availability.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Collect and verify required candidate documents and information.
- Coordinate with selected candidates during the offer and onboarding process.
- Follow up with candidates after placement for feedback and necessary support.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
