Role & responsibilities

1-Induction & Onboarding: Design and conduct structured corporate induction for all new joiners. Ensure smooth onboarding, company orientation, role clarity, policy briefing, and seamless departmental handovers from Day 1.

2-Training & Development: Identify training needs across departments (Customer Support, Sales, Operations, Admin). Plan and execute product knowledge sessions, customer service training, soft skills workshops, and refresher courses to enhance employee productivity.

3-End-to-End Payroll Management: Accurately execute monthly payroll, including attendance reconciliation, overtime, incentives, Leave Without Pay (LWP), deductions, and Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.

4-Statutory Compliance & Filings: Manage timely deduction, calculation, and online filing/challans for EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS (payroll), and Gratuity. Ensure strict adherence to Indian labor laws and organizational regulations.

5-HR Operations & Policy Governance: Monitor attendance systems, leave administration, company code of conduct, and workplace discipline.





6-Employee Relations & Disciplinary Procedures: Handle employee grievances, conduct performance reviews, issue show-cause/disciplinary notices, and manage skilled exit handovers.

7-Recruitment Support & MIS Reporting: Drive end-to-end recruitment for operational and corporate roles, maintain updated employee master files, and prepare monthly HR & payroll MIS for senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA / Post Graduate degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations + Payroll + Induction & Training.
- Proven ability to design training modules, deliver engaging induction presentations, and mentor teams.
- Hands-on proficiency in payroll software/ERP and advanced Excel.
- Thorough practical knowledge of EPF, ESIC, Maternity Benefit Act, and basic labor statutory compliances.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
