Team Member-HR Operations-SUPPORT SERVICES-HR-Colleague Services 360 The role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end HR Audit activities, managing background verification of employees. Ensuring strong governance, compliance, accurate processing, and smooth coordination across HR verticals and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities 1. HR Audit & Compliance Liaise with internal and external auditors (Statutory, IFC, etc.) to support audit requirements for HR processes and vendors. Understand audit scope, coordinate with respective stakeholder within HR to collect, validate and submit the data.

Present findings to auditors and provide clarifications or supporting evidence for closure of observations. Ensure timely resolution of pending audit. Monitor audit / compliance-related data and keep all stakeholders informed periodically.

Prepare and communicate audit reports and guide HR teams on closing observations. Publishing audit related MIS regularly 2.





Background Verification (BGV) Management Ensuring accurate and timely processing of background verification of employees. Conduct pre‑joining and post joining BGV thru service providers. Ensuring reportMIS are verified and necessary actions are taken Monitor data and keep all stakeholders informed periodically. Timely review of service providers for service levels Skills &

Competencies Strong understanding of HR processes, auditing standards, and compliance frameworks Analytical and detail‑oriented approach to audit, budget and data validation Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and influence decision‑making Robust communication, reporting, and documentation skills Proficiency in HR systems and tools such as KRAMAN (or similar platforms) preferable
