What You'll Do

- Screen candidate profiles and shortlist relevant talent.

- Conduct initial candidate interactions and basic screening calls.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

- Help close open positions within timelines.

- Source candidates from different platforms when required.

- Keep hiring trackers and candidate updates organized.

- Take ownership of assigned roles and ensure they move forward quickly.
