Role Description The HR Operations & Payroll Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hauz Khas. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll administration, including data collection, payroll processing, statutory deductions, and timely salary disbursement. Daily activities include maintaining employee records, assisting with HR documentation, coordinating benefits and attendance data, and supporting compliance with labor and tax regulations.





The role also involves responding to employee queries related to payroll and HR policies, preparing regular reports for management, and collaborating with finance and HR teams to ensure smooth operational processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing.
- Candidates should possess solid Payroll Management and Finance skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Candidates should possess good knowledge of statutory compliances related to payroll (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS) and basic HR operations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should possess a relevant educational background, such as a degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field; prior experience in payroll or HR operations is preferred.
