Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

RupeeQ is looking for an HR Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment and help build a strong and talented workforce. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on hiring platforms.
- Coordinate offer, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.




- Prepare basic recruitment reports and hiring updates.

Skills Required:

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 6 months–1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Fintech, Banking, NBFC, or Sales hiring is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Number of successful hires.
- Candidate sourcing and interview conversion.
- Offer-to-joining ratio.
- Timely closure of open positions.
- Accuracy of recruitment records and trackers.
