Role &

- Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end employee onboarding for multiple client accounts—ensuring documentation, background checks, and policy acknowledgments are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Administer and update compliance frameworks including labor law adherence ( Shops &
- Establishment Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), ensuring all client operations remain audit-ready.
- Develop, implement, and communicate governance policies across client organizations—tracking adoption, training users, and monitoring violations.
- Coordinate with legal teams to adapt policies to state/federal regulatory changes and ensure alignment across multi-state operations.




- Generate compliance dashboards and audit reports using Excel/HRIS tools, highlighting gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure seamless integration between policy enforcement and compensation processing.
