This role is responsible for end-to-end HR for the assigned region while acting as a Business Partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment of people practices with business objectives. This is an Individual contributor role and requires working closely aligned with the Corporate HR.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Partnering

- Act as a single point of contact for business leaders in the assigned region on all HR matters.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organization structure, productivity, and talent deployment.
- Support change management initiatives and business transformation projects.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Drive regional manpower planning in coordination with business heads.
- End-to-end recruitment for the region (sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding).
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for critical roles.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.




- Conduct regular employee connect sessions and exit interviews; analyze trends and recommend actions.

Performance Management & Talent Development

- Facilitate performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, appraisals).
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Support succession planning and development of high-potential employees.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

- Support implementation of compensation, incentives, and benefits as per company policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR operations including confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS for the region.
- Implement HR policies and SOPs consistently across the region.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

- Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards.
- Coordinate with Corporate HR on policy alignment, projects, and reporting.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
