Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the overall HR operations of the hospital. The role will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, attendance, performance management, and HR policies.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Coordinate manpower planning and staffing requirements with department heads.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax and applicable labour laws.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, training, induction and employee engagement activities.
- Implement HR policies and ensure proper communication and adherence.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, manpower reports and other HR documentation.
- Support NABH accreditation and audit requirements, including employee records, training,



competency and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments during NABH assessments and audits.
- Ensure required employee qualifications, registrations, training and competency records are properly maintained.
- Lead and guide the HR team and ensure smooth and timely completion of HR activities.
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide HR-related updates to management.
