Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage the complete human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and employee engagement.

The candidate will work closely with management and department heads to develop and implement effective HR practices that support business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete HR function for the organization.
- Plan and execute manpower recruitment and workforce planning based on business requirements.
- Handle recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, shift schedules, and HR records.
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing, incentives, deductions, and employee-related payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and personnel records.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain and monitor HR MIS and manpower reports.
- Monitor employee turnover, absenteeism, manpower availability, and recruitment status.
- Support management in organizational development and manpower cost optimization.




- Ensure proper implementation of 5S, workplace discipline, safety awareness, and company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee-related issues.
- Manage contract labour / outsourced manpower and related documentation where applicable.
- Support internal and external HR, labour, customer, and certification audits.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and applicable IATF-related HR and competency requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
- Valuable experience in recruitment and manpower planning.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
- Good knowledge of HR MIS and reporting.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with production, quality, maintenance, finance, and management teams.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Excel and HRMS software.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E. / B.Tech with MBA – HR / Human Resources preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Candidates with experience in automotive / engineering / manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Experience handling HR operations in a plant/manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
