Location: Wakad, Near Kalewadi Phata, Pune Experience: 2 Years Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday Weekly Off: Monday About the Role We are looking for an experienced Female HR Manager to independently manage Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Management and HR Coordination. Prior experience in Real Estate HR will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Pre-Sales, BDE, TL/Manager and corporate roles. Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, documentation and exit formalities. Handle probation, confirmation, performance reviews and salary revisions.

Manage employee concerns, discipline, engagement and retention activities. Maintain HR MIS, employee records and recruitment trackers.



Coordinate with Management & Accounts for payroll and salary-related activities.

Lead and manage the HR team and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Support

Management in implementing HR policies, processes and employee-related decisions.

Candidate

Requirements 2 years of relevant HR experience. Robust experience in Talent Acquisition & Sales Hiring.

Prior Real

Estate HR experience will be an added advantage. Strong employee-handling, communication and management coordination skills. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Strong decision-making, follow-up and problem-solving skills. Immediate joiners / short notice period candidates preferred. Female candidates only.
