Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage and oversee the complete Human Resources function of the organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and overall employee engagement.

The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, decision-making, and people-management skills, along with practical knowledge of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct and coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
- Manage recruitment agencies, consultants, job portals, and other hiring channels.
- Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment records.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

1. Employee Management

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to separation.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback.

1. Performance Management

- Develop and monitor performance management systems.
- Coordinate goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisals.
- Track employee performance and attendance.
- Work with managers to address performance-related concerns.




- Assist management in developing performance improvement plans where required.

1. HR Policies & Processes

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper implementation of company rules and regulations.
- Establish standardized HR processes across departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

1. Payroll & Attendance Coordination

- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly salary processing.
- Monitor attendance, leave, late coming, and absence records.
- Verify payroll inputs and employee changes before processing.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records.

1. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure proper maintenance of statutory and HR-related records.
- Coordinate with management and relevant teams regarding applicable labour-law and employment requirements.
- Maintain joining documents, employment agreements, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documentation.

1. Team Management

- Lead and supervise the HR and recruitment team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Set recruitment and HR-related targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train team members on recruitment and HR processes.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned HR activities.

1. Management Reporting

- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Track manpower strength, recruitment status,



attrition, attendance, and employee performance.
- Provide HR-related insights and updates to management.
- Maintain recruitment and employee-related MIS reports.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

Experience 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience in managing recruitment teams and overall HR operations.
