We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Female HR professional to join our HR team for an HR Manager (IT) Recruitment role.

If you have strong experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, screening, hiring and end-to-end recruitment activities, we would love to hear from you!

Position: HR Manager (IT)

What We Are Looking For

Female candidate with relevant HR Manager (IT) experience

Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment

Experience in sourcing candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri or other recruitment portals

Strong candidate screening and communication skills

Experience in conducting initial HR screening/interviews

Ability to coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Experience in maintaining candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Good understanding of the recruitment process and HR coordination

Robust follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT positions

Source and shortlist relevant candidates

Review CVs and conduct initial screening

Coordinate interviews between candidates and the concerned teams

Maintain proper recruitment records and candidate databases





Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Coordinate salary discussions and joining formalities

Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

Maintain regular recruitment updates and hiring reports

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and HR activities
