Role Description

The H.R. Manager will oversee end-to-end human resource functions for the hospital, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based at Apollo Cradle Greater Noida and includes managing recruitment and onboarding, particularly for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles, and maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

Daily responsibilities include handling payroll inputs, attendance and leave management, performance appraisal processes, and employee engagement initiatives. The H.R. Manager will address employee relations issues, support training and development programs, ensure HR compliance with labor laws and hospital accreditation standards, and collaborate with department heads to plan workforce requirements.

The role involves continuous process improvement in HR operations to support a safe, efficient, and inclusive hospital work environment.

Qualifications

- Robust experience in hospital or healthcare HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
