Job Responsibilities
1. Human Resource Planning & Recruitment
· Develop and implement manpower planning (MPP) in line with business requirements.
· Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for all BR Balaji Group locations and functions.
· Coordinate with recruitment consultants, agencies, and third-party hiring partners.
· Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintenance of talent pipelines.
· Monitor recruitment effectiveness through hiring metrics and periodic reviews.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
· Manage complete employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation.
· Ensure smooth joining formalities, induction programs, and employee documentation.
· Maintain employee master records and HRMS data accuracy.
· Oversee employee file management and compliance documentation.
3. Payroll & Compensation Management
· Review and validate monthly payroll inputs for timely salary processing.
· Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and payroll regulations.
· Monitor attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, and payroll-related approvals.
· Coordinate with finance and payroll service providers for seamless payroll operations.
4. Performance Management System (PMS)
· Drive the organization's performance management process.
· Facilitate goal setting, KRA/KPI implementation, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
· Monitor performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
· Provide management reports on workforce performance and productivity.
5. Learning & Development
· Identify training needs through Training Need Analysis (TNA).
· Prepare annual training calendars and development plans.
· Organize behavioral, technical, and leadership development programs.
· Monitor training effectiveness and employee skill enhancement initiatives.
6. HRMS & Job Portal Management
· Administer and maintain HRMS systems and employee databases.
· Manage job portals and recruitment platforms.
· Generate HR analytics, MIS reports, dashboards, and manpower reports.
· Ensure data integrity and system compliance across locations.
7. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
· Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.
· Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
· Support management in handling industrial relations issues.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct.
8. Statutory Compliance
· Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other applicable regulations.
· Coordinate statutory audits and inspections.
· Maintain compliance records and submit required statutory returns within timelines.
9. HR Approvals & Governance
· Review and approve HR-related requests and documentation including:
· Leave approvals
· Employee loans and salary advances
· Imprest requests
· Training expenses
· Administrative expenses
· Employee welfare-related approvals
· Ensure compliance with approval matrices and company policies.
10. Employee Communication & Documentation
· Draft, review, and issue HR letters, notices, circulars, warnings, appreciation letters, and other employee communications.
· Ensure timely issuance and approval of all employee-related documents.
· Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of HR records.
11. Exit Management & Full & Final Settlement
· Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee attrition trends.
· Ensure timely processing of Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
· Review and approve employee separation documentation.
· Recommend retention and engagement strategies based on exit feedback.
12. Mahindra Standards Compliance
· Ensure implementation and maintenance of Mahindra Mile standards as per M&M; guidelines.
· Monitor HR process compliance during audits and dealership assessments.
· Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
13. Team Leadership & Administration
· Lead, mentor, and supervise the HR & Administration team.
· Conduct weekly team reviews and performance discussions.
· Assign responsibilities and monitor departmental deliverables.
· Ensure effective coordination between HR, Admin, and business functions.
14. Branch Monitoring & Field Visits
· Conduct periodic visits to branches, workshops, and outlets.
· Assess manpower deployment, attendance discipline, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
· Identify workforce gaps and recommend corrective actions.
· Support branch managers in HR and people-related matters.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
