Role & responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for managing HR branch activities which cover recruitment, employee engagement and compliances
Implement recruitment strategies to source and attract talent, interview co-ordination, offer negotiation and closure
Key recruitment metrics like TAT, offer ratio and onboarding
Monitor employee attrition and execute retention strategies in co-ordination with Central HR team
Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations
Preferred candidate profile
- Master's Degree in Human Resources (MBA HR preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations
- Good understanding of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations
- Robust communication and organizational skills
