HR Intern – 3-Month Internship with PPO Prospect

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role will provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and coordination.

Based on performance, attitude, learning ability, and overall contribution during the internship, the candidate may be considered for a full-time Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the 3-month internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interviews and recruitment requirements.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Help with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Participate in HR projects and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements




- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Prior internship or recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
