About Us:
GTT Foundation is a Pune-based nonprofit working in skill development and youth employability. We're looking for an enthusiastic HR intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions.
Eligibility:
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA (HR specialization preferred)
- Solid communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Word
- Immediate joiners preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Help maintain HR databases and MIS reports
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Assist in HR operations and employee engagement activities
