Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the complete HR function of an agrochemical manufacturing organization. The role will focus on manpower planning, factory HR, statutory compliance, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement, while ensuring smooth plant operations and compliance with applicable labour and factory laws.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and plant requirements.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention for plant and corporate functions.
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle industrial relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, domestic inquiries, and employee disputes.
- Coordinate with government authorities, labour departments, auditors, and external consultants.
- Manage payroll, C&B;, attendance, statutory deductions, and manpower cost control.
- Implement performance appraisal, KRA/KPI, increments, and compensation structures.
- Plan employee training, skill development, safety awareness, and leadership development.
- Coordinate with the EHS/Safety team to promote workplace safety and compliance in the agrochemical manufacturing environment.




- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures.
- Manage employee welfare, engagement, transportation, canteen, housekeeping, and other plant facilities.
- Coordinate regularly with the Sales, Operations, Production, Quality, and other departments to understand manpower and business requirements.
- Support management in organizational development, workforce productivity, and plant expansion.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and coordination skills

Qualification & Experience

- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/agrochemical/chemical plant workplace.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
