Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role based in Jaipur. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR operations including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities, and coordinating interviews and documentation.

The role involves helping implement HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with benefits-related queries under guidance from senior HR team members.



The HR Intern will also contribute to HR reports, data entry in HR systems, and provide administrative support for training and performance management processes.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding or academic exposure to Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Awareness of HR Policies and basic knowledge of Employee Benefits.
- Interest in Personnel Management and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with HR software or databases is an advantage.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or administration is a plus.
