Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Intern specializing in Talent Acquisition. As an HR Intern, you will support full-life cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing talent, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
You will assist in employer branding initiatives and enhance the candidate experience to attract top talent. Additionally, you will maintain recruitment data and collaborate with team members to meet strategic hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and understanding of the hiring process
- Robust skills in Recruiting and Interviewing to identify and evaluate top candidates
- Experience or interest in Employer Branding to enhance talent attraction efforts
- Ability to work with recruitment tools and data management systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous internship or academic projects in HR/recruitment (desirable)
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative nature
