Role Description The HR Internship role at NRK INFOTECH is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment processes such as screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Responsibilities include helping to implement HR policies, supporting employee onboarding and documentation, and updating HR databases and personnel files. The intern will assist in managing employee benefits-related queries,



organizing HR-related communications, and supporting employee engagement activities. The role involves close collaboration with HR team members, handling confidential information responsibly, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee record handling.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru South and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
