Edvionix is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in Human Resources, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Communicate with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups
- Assist with onboarding and basic HR documentation
- Maintain and update candidate/employee records
- Support employee engagement and HR-related activities
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Contribute to improving recruitment and HR processes
Requirements
- Students or recent graduates pursuing or having completed BBA, MBA, HR, Psychology, or a related field
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is a plus
- Prior HR or recruitment experience is not mandatory
