We are looking for a hands-on HR Head / HR Manager to independently manage the complete HR function across our hospitality and lifestyle business units.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for various departments.
- Manage employee joining, onboarding and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, shifts, weekly-offs and absenteeism.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, incentives, overtime and deductions with Accounts/Management.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, processes and documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and workplace issues.
- Coordinate warning letters, show-cause notices and other disciplinary processes as required.
- Manage probation, KRA/KPI, performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate employee training.
- Manage employee resignation, notice period, clearance and exit formalities.
- Coordinate applicable PF, ESI, PT and labour compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS covering manpower, recruitment, attendance, attrition, payroll, training and compliance.
- Work closely with Owners,



Management and Department Heads to improve employee discipline and HR systems.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Hospitality / Hotel / Restaurant / Resort / Club / Banquet experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee handling.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Positive communication, conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets; HRMS experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple departments.
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong execution and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-shift hospitality environment and should be capable of managing HR practically on the ground—not just documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
