Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager Recruitment with solid expertise in BPO recruitment, bulk hiring, volume hiring, and mass recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a hardcore recruitment background with proven experience in managing high-volume hiring requirements, driving recruitment targets, and handling end-to-end recruitment operations for BPO processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume BPO requirements.

- Handle bulk hiring, mass hiring, and volume recruitment within defined timelines.
- Source and close candidates for multiple BPO processes and requirements.
- Manage recruitment through job portals, databases, references, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules, selection, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Drive daily/weekly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Handle large candidate pipelines and maintain proper recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with Operations and Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, and hiring numbers.
- Ensure maximum conversion from sourcing interview selection joining.




- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for continuous talent availability.
- Handle recruitment challenges related to attrition, dropouts, no-shows, and joining ratios.
- Prepare and share recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and daily/weekly performance updates.

Required Skills

* Strong experience in BPO Recruitment.

- Hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring / Mass Hiring / Volume Hiring.
- Hardcore recruitment background with strong candidate sourcing capabilities.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment targets.
- Strong knowledge of BPO hiring processes and candidate market.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and conversion ratios.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong team-handling and recruitment planning skills.

Candidate Profile

* Female candidates only.

- Relevant experience in BPO recruitment is mandatory.
- Candidates with strong bulk/volume/mass hiring experience will be preferred.
- Should have a strong track record of achieving recruitment targets.
- Candidates who can independently manage high-volume recruitment requirements are preferred.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: Up to 7–8 LPA In-Hand, depending on relevant experience and current compensation. Location: Noida – Sector 2
