Role Description The HR Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management processes.

The HR Generalist will implement and update HR policies, coordinate employee benefits and leave administration, and ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations. Daily tasks include responding to employee queries, assisting with recruitment activities,



organizing trainings and engagement initiatives, and supporting HR management in planning and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with managers and employees to maintain a positive, fair, and productive workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation, including compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Candidates should possess experience with Employee Perks and Benefits Administration, including leave management and compensation support.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and use HRIS and MS Office tools effectively.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
