Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage HR Operations, including employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and payroll management.

- Oversee PMS (Performance Management System) implementation and maintenance to ensure effective performance tracking and appraisal processes.

- Coordinate with finance team for mediclaim claims processing and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR MIS (Management Information System).

Job Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong understanding of HR operations, including employee life cycle management, perks administration, and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in using PMS software applications like [insert specific system names].
