About the Role

Reliable Realties is looking for a highly professional, polished, and capable HR Executive to take ownership of key HR functions across the employee lifecycle.

This is a role for someone who takes HR seriously, understands professional conduct, communicates exceptionally well, and can independently manage responsibilities with maturity, discretion, and accountability.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, and Exit Formalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, selection, and offer management.
- Handle complete employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations, employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, HR MIS, and related processes.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower requirements and recruitment.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates for suitability, communication, professionalism, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries and provide professional and timely support.
- Coordinate employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
- Manage complete employee exit formalities, including resignation documentation, clearance, exit interviews, asset recovery coordination, and separation records.
- Support payroll inputs and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure HR processes and company policies are followed consistently.




- Maintain complete confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment while handling sensitive employee matters.

- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi
- Confident while interacting with employees, candidates, management, and senior stakeholders
- Strong in recruitment and HR operations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly disciplined
- Proactive with excellent follow-up and execution skills
- Mature enough to handle confidential and sensitive matters
- Comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions
- Capable of working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- Serious about building a long-term career in Human Resources

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations is preferred.
