About the Role

Suroskie Beauty is looking for a hands-on HR Manager / HR Generalist to independently manage the complete HR function and employee lifecycle in a fast-paced D2C workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Handle HR operations – attendance, leaves, employee records, confirmations, increments, and exits.
- Manage payroll inputs, reimbursements, deductions, and Full & Final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
- Manage performance reviews, appraisals, probation, and employee development.
- Handle employee engagement, grievances, and employee relations.
- Create and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Maintain HRMS, hiring trackers, employee records,



and HR MIS.
- Work with leadership on manpower planning and people-related initiatives.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, HR Operations & Payroll.
- Good knowledge of Indian labour compliances and HR processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete HR function.
- Experience in D2C, Beauty, E-commerce, or Startup environments is preferred.

We’re looking for someone who can be the go-to person for everything HR — from hiring talent to managing day-to-day people operations. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
