Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and employee onboarding
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave, and basic HR operations
- Support employee engagement and team activities
- Coordinate with management on staffing requirements
- Assist with daily HR and administrative activities
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, organized, and proactive
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or clinic operations is a plus
