About the Role
Rama Mining Tools is looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day Human Resource operations, with primary responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee grievance handling.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple HR activities in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and respective HODs.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate salary discussions, selection, offer release, and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
1. Employee Onboarding
- Coordinate complete pre-joining and joining formalities for current employees.
- Collect and verify required employee documents.
- Prepare and maintain employee joining files and HR records.
- Coordinate with IT, Admin, Accounts, and respective HODs for smooth onboarding.
- Ensure new employees receive the required joining kit, ID/access, seating, system, and other onboarding requirements.
- Conduct or coordinate HR induction for new joiners.
1. HR Documentation & Employee Records
- Maintain accurate and updated employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee master data and HR trackers.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer/role-change letters, warning letters, experience letters, etc.
- Maintain records related to attendance, leave, employee movements, and other HR activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of employee-related processes.
1. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly attendance inputs with Accounts/Payroll.
- Review attendance, late marks, leave, LWP, and other payroll-related inputs.
- Coordinate with employees and HODs for attendance/leave regularization.
- Support monthly payroll processing by providing accurate HR inputs.
- Maintain payroll-related employee records and documentation.
1. Statutory Compliance
- Support the HR team in maintaining PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable statutory compliance records.
- Coordinate with consultants and Accounts for timely submission of required information.
- Maintain employee statutory records and declarations.
- Ensure required documentation is collected and maintained for compliance purposes.
- Assist during statutory audits and inspections, whenever required.
1. Employee Grievance Handling & HR Support
- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee HR-related queries.
- Listen to employee concerns and coordinate with the appropriate HOD/management for resolution.
- Maintain appropriate records of employee grievances and actions taken.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Maintain professional confidentiality while handling employee-related matters.
1. HR Operations
- Support the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee communication and HR announcements.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and trackers as required.
- Support exit formalities, full & final documentation, and employee clearance processes.
- Handle other HR responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
- Working knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Understanding of payroll inputs, attendance, leave, PF, ESIC, PT, and basic statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping ability.
- Proficiency in Google Sheet, Google Docs, MS Excel, and Zoho.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to handle employee queries and routine grievances professionally.
Education Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent HR qualification.
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Candidates should have hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee grievance handling.
- Candidates with experience in a manufacturing, trading, engineering, or similar business environment will be preferred.
Location Preference Candidates from Thane, Bhiwandi, Kalher, and nearby areas only.
Candidates should be comfortable travelling to the company's location in Kalher, Bhiwandi, Thane on a regular basis.
Compensation
CTC Budget: Up to ₹3 LPA
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
