Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Performance Management System (PMS) to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for managing PMS data, KRA updates, performance tracking, metrics, and reports. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good interpersonal communication abilities, and a solid understanding of performance management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, compile, and maintain KRA/KPI data across departments.
- Regularly update KRA sheets, performance trackers, and employee records.
- Track employee performance against defined KRAs, KPIs, and targets.
- Assist in Monitoring completion of goal setting, performance reviews.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely performance data and evaluation records.
- Prepare performance metrics, MIS reports, dashboards for HR and management.
- Coordinate with department heads for KRA updates, ratings, and pending data.
- Maintain accurate and confidential PMS documentation and records.




- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and performance culture within the organization.
- Any task assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR / Human Resource Management.
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Valuable understanding of KRA, KPI, and PMS.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HR domain and HR MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with HRMS software.
