nAbout the role

n

nThis is roughly 70% HR and 30% founder support. We are looking for someone who can own HR independently, not assist with it.

n

nOn the HR side you will run end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers), day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, exits), employee relations, and statutory compliance.

n

nOn the founder's office side you will process coordination, follow-ups across teams, and keep projects moving.

n

nYou will report directly to the founder. On a team this size,



what you build is visible immediately.

nWhat we are looking for

n

n2-3+ years in HR, including at least 1 year owning recruitment end-to-end

nComfortable running HR operations on your own - there is no existing HR team to lean on

nWorking knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, payroll inputs)

nStrong spoken and written English and Hindi

nSolid Excel or Google Sheets skills - you will build and maintain trackers

nAble to commute daily to Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi

nDays: Monday to Saturday, (2nd, 4th Saturday halfday)
