Job Title: Manager – HR & Admin

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Reports To: Director / Senior Management

Location: Halol

Responsibility:

▪ Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

▪ Implement appraisal systems and support goal-setting and review cycles.

▪ Identify training needs and organize skill development programs for staff.

▪ Plan engagement activities, feedback sessions, and retention initiatives.

▪ Execute reward programs and recognize high-performing employees.

▪ Develop and update HR policies; ensure legal and internal compliance.

▪ Oversee office operations, housekeeping, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.

▪ Plan and manage official travel arrangements and related documentation.

▪ Ensure proper functioning of IT systems and coordinate with support vendors.

Compensation:

Salary Range:



₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent; technical or administrative background preferred.

Experience Required: 3–5 years in HR, admin, and IT coordination roles.

Required Skill Set

▪ Solid communication, people management, and leadership skills.

▪ Familiar with HRMS, performance tracking systems, and admin workflows.

▪ Tech-savvy and process-driven with a problem-solving mindset.

▪ Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
