Job Title: HR Executive & Recruiter

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (as per experience)

Recruitment

- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for non-IT roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Coordinate with Department Heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

HR Generalist Activities

- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle basic employee relations, grievance redressal, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Support performance appraisal processes and training coordination

Skills & Competencies:





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or any related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment and generalist HR roles.
- Preferred Industry Exposure: Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Infra & Construction, Logistic.

Total Experience Requried – 3 years and above.

Salary Bracket – 25 to 30K (Take Home)

Navi Mumbai residing candidates & immediate joiner preferred
