Designation - Hr Executive (Payroll & Compliance)
Job Location Wagale Estate,Thane
Salary - 20 K to 25 K pm + Depends upon candidate experience.
Education and Experience: Any Graduate / 2 Yrs +
5 days working and time – 9.30 am to 6.30pm
Job Summary:
Implementation of Compliance Software – SPINE NX.
Maintained and updated employee data in HRIS/Payroll systems (Spine)
Profile Summary Experienced in Human Resource Management Following Area.
Payroll Management General HR Profile Summary
Overall in-charge for payroll and compensation related activities, statutory compliance EPF,ESIC,PT Leave and attendance maintenance
Maintain the employees database soft and hard copy
- Joining formalities, prepare ID card process
Preparing various company salary statement in MS-EXCEL,
Payslip Generate.
Time Office Management Prepare daily man power report sent to office
- Prepare Full and final settlement for resigning employees
- Maintain the valuable relationship with client
- Update daily attendance and salary report
- Prepare the monthly salary processing data
