Mindpex is building a new People Intelligence layer for organizations — helping People and HR leaders turn fragmented employee signals, conversations and workforce information into clearer intelligence for better decision-making.

We are inviting a small number of currently employed senior HR and People leaders to participate in the Mindpex Enterprise Design & Pilot Partner Program .

This is a paid design and pilot partnership. It is not a free trial, consulting engagement, advisory role, or employment opportunity.

What is the partnership?

We want to work with organizations that have a genuine People/HR problem and are willing to evaluate Mindpex in a real enterprise environment.

The objective is simple

Take a real organizational problem → design the right use case → run a paid pilot → measure the outcome → decide whether to continue or expand.

As a Design & Pilot Partner, you will work directly with the Mindpex team and help us understand what enterprise organizations actually need from a People Intelligence platform.

What you will do

- Identify a meaningful People/HR problem within your organization.
- Introduce Mindpex to the relevant stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Work with the Mindpex team to define the pilot scope and desired outcomes.
- Help provide the appropriate information, access and workflows required for the agreed pilot.
- Use Mindpex in a real organizational setting.
- Provide structured feedback based on actual usage.
- Help identify gaps, requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in periodic pilot reviews with the Mindpex team.
- Evaluate the results against the agreed success criteria.
- At the end of the pilot, help your organization decide whether to continue, expand or stop.

What Mindpex will do

Mindpex will

- Work directly with your organization throughout the pilot.
- Help define and configure the agreed use case.
- Provide onboarding and support.
- Work with your team to establish measurable success criteria.
- Listen to and evaluate enterprise feedback.
- Improve the product based on validated, repeatable requirements.
- Review the pilot outcomes with your organization.
- Provide a clear path for continued deployment if the pilot demonstrates value.

Our objective is not to build unlimited custom software for one organization . We want to identify genuine,



repeatable enterprise requirements and build a product that can create value across organizations. Important: This is a paid partnership

Your organization must be currently operating as an organization in which you are employed , and it must be open to a paid Mindpex design and pilot partnership .

This is not a free pilot or free beta program .

The commercial terms, pilot scope, duration, success criteria and responsibilities will be mutually agreed before the pilot begins.

If your organization is not open to paying for a structured enterprise pilot, this program will not be the right fit.

We are particularly interested in currently employed:

- CHROs
- Chief People Officers
- HR Directors
- VP / Heads of HR
- Heads of People
- People & Culture leaders
- Senior People Analytics / Workforce Intelligence leaders
- Other senior HR/People decision-makers who can influence or sponsor an enterprise pilot

You should have sufficient organizational access to bring the relevant stakeholders into the discussion and help your organization evaluate a paid pilot. What happens after you apply?

1. Qualification

We understand your organization, the problem you are trying to solve and whether there is a genuine fit.

2. Problem Definition

We identify the specific People Intelligence problem and define what success should look like.

3. Design

Both teams agree on the pilot scope, workflow, stakeholders, requirements and success criteria.

4. Paid Pilot

Mindpex is deployed in the agreed real-world organizational context.

5. Learn & Improve

Both teams review what is working, what is not working and what the organization actually needs.

6. Measure

We evaluate the pilot against the agreed outcomes.

7. Decision The organization decides whether to Continue, Expand or Stop .

Subject to your organization's consent, participating partners may receive:

- Official recognition as an Early Enterprise Design Partner of Mindpex.
- Recognition as one of the early organizations and leaders who helped shape the product through real-world enterprise use.
- An Early Design Partner certificate or designation from Mindpex.
- The opportunity to be publicly recognized as an early contributor to the development of Mindpex and the People Intelligence category.
- With explicit permission, inclusion in selected Mindpex case studies, partner stories, events, or public announcements .
- Recognition for specific product improvements or enterprise use cases that were developed or validated through the partnership.
- Continued association with Mindpex as an early builder of the product , subject to the terms of the partnership.

The intent is simple: you are not merely testing a product; you are helping build what the product becomes. Where appropriate and mutually agreed, we will acknowledge the contribution of participating leaders and organizations in the story of Mindpex's development.

- A free consulting engagement
- A product feedback community
- A salaried position
- An unlimited custom-development arrangement
- An open-ended advisory engagement

It is a structured, paid enterprise design and pilot partnership . Who should apply?

We are intentionally keeping this program selective.

We would rather work deeply with a small number of organizations that have a genuine problem, organizational commitment and willingness to pay than run a large number of superficial free trials.

If you are currently employed, have a real People/HR problem inside your organization, have the ability to bring the relevant stakeholders together, and your organization is open to a paid Mindpex design and pilot partnership — we would like to hear from you.
