Deepak Fasteners Limited, a leading manufacturing organization under the Unbrako brand, is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to join our HR team at our manufacturing plant in Doraha, Ludhiana.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience specifically in a manufacturing/industrial setting and should be capable of independently handling day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee attendance, payroll inputs and HR MIS.
- Handle end-to-end HR functions for plant employees.
- Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding of employees.
- Complete joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Handle employee relations and grievance management.
- Ensure timely statutory and labour-law compliance.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures and documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments for manpower requirements.
- Support training and development activities.
- Maintain proper HR records,



registers and reports.
- Coordinate with employees, supervisors and HODs regarding HR-related matters.
- Support audits, inspections and other HR compliance requirements.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations in a manufacturing plant.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong employee-handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a plant environment.
- Good knowledge of attendance, payroll and HR MIS.

Eligibility Qualification: Graduation / MBA (HR)

Experience: 3–5 years

Industry Experience: Manufacturing Plant experience is mandatory

Location Preference: Local candidates preferred

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
