- Recruiter (Lateral Hiring)

Location: Chennai - WFO

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Industry: BPO / Recruitment / Staffing

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with proven expertise in BPO Lateral Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage full recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
2. Handle lateral / experienced hiring for mid to senior-level positions across operations, support and enabling functions.
3. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, job fairs, and internal database.
4. Coordinate with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements, JDs, and closures.
5. Schedule and conduct initial HR screening, assess communication, stability and cultural fit.
6.



Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and repeated requirements.
7. Manage salary negotiation, offer rollout, and pre-joining documentation & follow-ups to control dropouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR preferred)
- 1+ years of proven experience in BPO Recruitment is mandatory
- Strong experience in Lateral / Experienced Hiring
- Excellent sourcing skills on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Solid communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
