Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Contractor / HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR operations.
- Address basic employee queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required.
- Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, and external vendors when required.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Requirements

- 0.6-2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Recruitment, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
